Requesting Updates

After your app is deployed, we understand you may need updates or changes to your content. Use our Content Change Request Form to easily submit new details or adjustments, ensuring your app stays up-to-date and relevant for your guests. We will email you when the changes are completed.

Alternatively, we will contact you prior to executing changes if we require any clarity or additional instructions. Thank you!

Your QR Code Print File

Once your app is ready for deployment, we’ll provide a professionally designed print file (8.5” x 11”) for your villa. This file will include:

  1. A QR code to connect to your Wi-Fi.

  2. A QR code to access the app.

  3. A QR code for hidden security and gate code details.

This print file ensures your guests can easily access everything they need during their stay. It can be printed from any high-quality inkjet or laser printer, or from any business solution retailer. We suggest a simple frame, hung where guests can easily access it anytime.
